1. General provisions
1.1. MB Wow financing, r. g. 304200649, address Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), when processing personal data, is guided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “General Data Protection Regulation”) (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), by the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data as well as by the requirements laid down in other legislative acts regulating personal data processing and protection.
1.2. The Company respects the privacy of all natural persons and its customers and undertakes to ensure the security of your personal data when you visit the Company’s website www.wowfinancing.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Company’s website”) and when you use all of the Company’s services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”).
1.3. The Company’s privacy policy (hereinafter – “Privacy Policy”) provides you with the Company’s policy on the collection, processing and storage of personal data.
1.4. The terms used in the Privacy Policy correspond to the terms used in the GDPR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5. By browsing the Company’s website and/or using the Services provided by the Company, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.6. The Company may periodically change the Privacy Policy, taking into account changes in the GDPR or other legal acts, the scope of services provided by the Company and other circumstances.

2. Basic principles of processing personal data
2.1. The Company adheres to the following basic principles when collecting and processing personal data entrusted by you to the Company, as well as personal data received from other sources:
2.1.1. Your personal data is processed lawfully and fairly;
2.1.2. Your personal data is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes and is not processed in a way that is incompatible with those purposes;
2.1.3. Your personal data is adequate, relevant and not excessive in relation to the purposes for which it is processed;
2.1.4. The personal data processed is accurate and, where necessary, updated;
2.1.5. Your personal data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
2.1.6. Your personal data shall be processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by means of appropriate technical or organisational measures.

3. Processing of your personal data
3.1. You warrant that you will provide the Company with accurate and correct personal data and that you will not provide third party data.
3.2. The company acts as a financial services intermediary. The company will help you get a loan on particularly good terms. The company finds the most favourable terms for you and makes you an offer that best suits your expectations. You have the right to contact the Company by emailprivacy@wowfinancing.eu and receive information on how your personal data is processed, with which creditors the Company cooperates, etc.
3.3. The main purpose of the Company’s processing of personal data is to ensure the provision of the Company’s Services, i.e. your personal data is processed for the purposes of mediation in relation to the provision of a financial service (including creditworthiness and financial risk assessment). The Company provides your personal data to the Company’s partners (creditors), who will assess your ability to obtain a loan and provide you with the terms and conditions of the loan.
3.4. The Company processes personal data for the purposes of customer identification, the provision of the Services, marketing, as well as the use of cookies on the Company’s website.
3.5. For personal identification purposes, the following personal data is processed: name, last name, personal identification number, bank account details.
3.6. For the purposes of providing the services, the following personal data is processed: name, last name, personal identification number, email address, telephone number, passport or ID card number, loan amount, loan type, loan repayment term, type of residence, address of residence, city and country, whether your close family member and/or close associate is a political actor, occupation, income details, source of income, marital status, financial obligations, debts, bank account details, financial bank transactions.
3.7. For marketing purposes, the following personal data is processed: your name, last name, email address, telephone number, your use of the Company’s website (what information you are looking for) and your geographic location.
3.8. The Company has the right to use cookies on the website to collect information about your actions when using the website (what information you are looking for), your geographical location. If you do not agree to cookies being placed on your computer or other endpoint device, you can change your internet browser settings to disable/enable all or some cookies. However, please note that in some cases this may slow down your internet browsing speed, limit the functionality of certain websites or block access to the Company’s website.
3.9. The Company’s partners (creditors) carry out the assessment of your creditworthiness directly in the system of the specific Company’s partner (credit provider). For this purpose, information about you in the system of the Company’s partner (credit provider) will be obtained from third parties (e.g., the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, the State Social Insurance Fund Board under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, VĮ Regitra, UAB Creditinfo Lietuva, the Bank of Lithuania, and other legal entities). The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policies of the Company’s partners (creditors). The Company’s partner (credit provider), on whose system the assessment is carried out, processes your personal data in accordance with the separate personal data retention policies implemented in its own operations, which we recommend that you familiarize yourself with prior to submitting an application via our website.
3.10. The Company’s partners (credit providers) and their privacy policies.
3.11. The Company will retain your personal data for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of receipt (submission).

4. Your rights and their implementation
4.1. You have the following rights under the GDPR:
4.1.1. to know (be informed) about the processing of your personal data;
4.1.2. to have access to the processing of your personal data;
4.1.3. withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
4.1.4. to request the correction of inaccurate personal data relating to you;
4.1.5. to request the erasure of personal data relating to you (“right to be forgotten”);
4.1.6. restrict processing;
4.1.7. request the transfer of personal data;
4.1.7. to object to the processing of personal data;
4.1.8. submit a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding potentially unlawful processing of your personal data.

4.3. In order for the Company to exercise your rights referred to above, you must submit a written request to the Company and in such a way that we can identify you, i.e. the request must be signed by you, accompanied by a copy of your identity document, or you may confirm your identity in accordance with the procedure laid down by the law, by means of an electronic means of communication which allows you to be properly identified. The Company shall examine the requests submitted within 1 month from the date of receipt of the request.

5. Data security
5.1. When processing your Personal Data, the Company shall implement an appropriate level of technical and organisational measures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration or disclosure.
5.2. Employees of the Company who have the right to process personal data or to organise and carry out the protection of personal data are obliged to comply with this Privacy Policy and the legal acts regulating the legal protection of personal data.
5.3. In the event of a personal data breach, the Company shall notify the State Data Protection Inspectorate no later than within 72 hours of becoming aware of the personal data breach.
5.4. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a serious risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Company shall immediately notify the individuals themselves by email.
5.5. The Company would like to ask its customers to be careful when protecting their personal data, to use a computer with installed and up-to-date anti-virus software, and to be wary of unclear content in, or emails, SMS messages or other communications received from, unclear recipients, as these may contain viruses, malware, frauds etc.
5.6. Please note that the Company never sends emails, SMS messages or other communications to its customers asking them to update their personal data or to provide any private information that the Company does not collect or process (e.g. e-banking login details).
